Complaints

We believe it is very important that our clients and/or other involved parties who have comments on the actions of an employee or our services make these known.
We can then jointly look for a solution. This also helps us to improve our services.

We have the following complaints procedure.

Submitting a complaint

In accordance with article 1.5 of our complaints procedure, a complaint must be submitted in writing, signed, and contain at least:

  • the name and address of the submitter;
  • the date;
  • a clear description of the conduct against which the complaint is directed.

Complaints that are submitted verbally will, at the request of the complainant, be put in writing by the partner or employee of our accountancy organization who speaks to the complainant and, after signing by the complainant, forwarded to the board.
